(Hill 60, Red Point, Port Kembla)

(Northern breakwater, Port Kembla)

(Red Hill, Port Kembla)
Port Kembla Fire Command
Renamed to HQ Port Kembla Fixed Defences then HQ Coast Artillery Kembla, then HQ Kembla Coast Artillery
 

 

The following Units were located in a holding pattern in the Port Kembla area but were not involved operationally:-

"O" Australian Heavy Battery (Coast)
Arrived ex NG in Jul 1944 - stayed Port Kembla area until Sep 1944 when they moved to La Perouse
