IN AUSTRALIA DURING WWII
The Albany Operations and Transmitting Building RAAF was located just over 1 kilometer north west of Albany Airfield. It still exists and is located on the property near the Albany Highway (Part Lot 6981).

• 35 Radar Station, Stony Hill (previously at Subiaco, WA)
• High Frequency Direction Finding (HF/DF) Station, Albany Airfield (located just SE of the Albany Airfield)
• Remote Receiving Station, Federal Street (located in or near substation owned by Western Power)
