TROOP "A", 251ST QUARTERMASTER
REMOUNT SQUADRON, US ARMY
IN AUSTRALIA DURING WWII

Troop A, of the 251st Quartermaster Remount Squadron was activated in November 1942 at Camp McClung Remount Depot at Rocky Springs on the outskirts of Townsville in north Queensland. Troop A, of the 251st Quartermaster Remount Squadron operated the Remount Depot.

Troop A, of the 251st Quartermaster Remount Squadron was disbanded in August 1944.
