IN AUSTRALIA DURING WW2
Air-Sea Rescue Boats (63 Foot)
HMAS Air Master (919) was built by Fellows & Stewart, USA. It was launched in 1944 and commissioned on 31 August 1944. In February 1946 HMAS Air Master was in Sydney for refit.
It was paid off on 20 February 1947.
It was sunk as a target in 1968 during Seacat missile trials.
