MAINTENANCE GROUP RAAF
DARLING POINT, SYDNEY, NSW
IN AUSTRALIA DURING WWII
No. 5 Maintenance Group RAAF was formed at Stratford Hall at Yarranabbe Road, Darling Point, Sydney, New South Wales on 1 June 1942. Group Captain D.E.L. Wilson from Air Force Headquarters was appointed as the first Commanding Officer for 5 Maintenance Group.
