The pilot Flight Sergeant John Laurie Jenkins (417846) of 2 Operational Training Unit 2 OTU was uninjured.
AMSE approval was given to Write Off the aircraft on 8 August 1945 and the wreckage was received at 1 CRD ex 2 OTU on 2 October 1945. It was salvaged on 12 October 1945.
