PRECAUTIONARY ALIGHTING OF A KINGFISHER
ON LAKE WALLAGA, NSW
ON 28 DECEMBER 1944

On the 28 December 1944, Flying Officer Lohmeyer, of 107 Squadron RAAF, carried out a precautionary alighting on Lake Wallaga in New South Wales, and returned to base the same morning.
