My group was in Australia before I joined them in the Philippines, so I was never in Australia. From there, we went to Okinawa and I served in the Pacific 1944 and 1945. I was with the 528th Bomb Squadron.

Sorry I didn't know about the reunion in 2000 in Texas, as I lived in Texas for many years and loved the state. Maybe I can make next year's reunion though.

I've contacted the 380th WWII Association and am now listed with them. None of my crew is listed, however, but three of them were in the past. I"m going to write them to see if they're still around and maybe we can reminisce. Thank's for getting in touch.
I just got the notion to look at the internet for WWII, so maybe some others will get the same idea.
