On VE night 460 Squadron held a party and :- "Squadron Leader Foggo gave his last personal performance of the "Muffin Man," in "Village Inn", an act he had performed over the years whenever the occasion demanded. Balancing a jug of beer on his bald head, he'd sing the "Muffin Man," stripping off his clothes as he went, until finally he stood in a pair of red and white polka dot underpants especially made for him by Mrs. Edwards. On the backside was a black swastika, and Foggo wasn't fussy who was watching when the act was performed, W.A.A.F. officers included."
Can anyone help me with more information?
