BONNIEVILLA AIRFIELD
EMERGENCY LANDING GROUND ELG
NEAR CHARLEVILLE, QLD
IN AUSTRALIA DURING WWII

Bonnievilla Airfield, an Emergency Landing Ground for Charleville Airfield was located about 6 miles NNW of Charleville on the northern side of the main road to Ward River. It was an L shaped grass airfield with the North - South landing strip being 440 yards long and the East - West landing strip being 495 yards long.
