Avro Anson N4960

RAAF Avro Anson, N4960 of No. 5 SFTS (Service Flying Training School) made a forced landing at Uranquinty in New South Wales on an unknown date in 1945. It was an ex RAF aircraft and kept its old RAF Serial Number. It was delivered to the RAAF in April 1939 and was eventually "Struck Off Charge" in August 1947.

Can anyone please help me with an exact date
for this incident and any other details?
