CRASH OF A BRISTOL BEAUFORT
AT PAT'S RIVER, FLINDERS ISLAND
ON 15 DECEMBER 1942

RAAF Mark VII Bristol Beaufort A9-100 force landed at Pat's River, on Flinders Island on 15 December 1942.

The crew of the aircraft was as follows:-

F/O R.W. Burridge
Sgt. Thomas
Sgt. J.M. Shanahan
Sgt. L. Morrison

This aircraft was originally delivered to the RAAF in August 1942. It was converted to components after this crash.
