NO. 3 WIRELESS UNIT RAAF
IN AUSTRALIA DURING WW2

No. 3 Wireless Unit RAAF were camped at Balls Lane in Townsville at some stage during WW2. They had a teleprinter channel from their camp to the North Eastern Australian Headquarters in the Rooney's building in the town area of Townsville.

 

Can anyone please help me with more information?
