Harvey Edwards' father-in-law, David Mercy, was in No. 311 Radar Station during WW2. David Mercy said that they never unpacked at Jacquinot Bay. The war ended, so they were never operational after leaving Nissan Is (which I assume others call Green Is - can anyone confirm?).
