On 26 November  1943, RAAF P-40E Kittyhawk, A29-80 (#41-24870), of No. 2 Operational Training Unit (2 OTU) Mildura crashed 20 miles west of Mildura. The pilot was killed in the crash.

The AWM Roll of Honour database shows that a Flying Officer Thomas James Russell Crow (409818) died on 26 November 1943. I have assumed that he was the pilot of A29-80.

Can anyone help me with more information on this crash?
