Douglas A-24-DE Dauntless #41-15755, piloted by 2nd Lt. Jackson of the 17 Bomb Squadron, 27th Bomb Group, 3rd Air Force crashed at Aramac, in Queensland on 10 February 1942 whilst travelling to Daly Waters in the Northern Territory.
