CRASH OF A DOUGLAS RA-20A-1
HAVOC (BOSTON)
AT CHARTERS TOWERS, QLD ON 24 JULY 1942
Douglas RA-20A-1 Havoc (Boston), #40-112 of the 3rd Bomb Group based at Charters Towers airfield, Queensland crashed at Charters Towers airfield on 24 July 1942 when its nose wheel collapsed.
