Townsville School of Arts building with the old Townsville Technical College
is on the right of the photograph and Castle Hill is in the background

I know this building very well. I worked in it for about 2 - 3 years as a cadet draftsman with the Northern Electric Authority of Queensland (NEAQ). I also spent a number of years studying at the Technical College across the road.
