Sam Smith advised me of a WW2 Air Raid Shelter that can still be found on Cambridge Parade at Manly in Brisbane, Queensland. It is located opposite the War Memorial and now forms part of the base of the Scouts Den. As a boy Sam can remember passing the shelter when it was still in its original form (grey concrete). Sam advised that it is still distinguishable and is similar in design to the other shelters in the Brisbane city area but this one has a post WW2 building erected on top of it.
