NORTHERN TERRITORY FORCE (NT FORCE OR NORFORCE)
IN AUSTRALIA DURING WW2

visits since 7 December 2004

In April 1943, Northern Territory Force under the command of Major General A.S. Allen comprised:-

      12th Australian Division
            13th Brigade
            19th Brigade
            23rd Brigade

Major General Arthur S. Allen was still the Commander of Northern Territory Force in July 1943.

Major General Herring was also Commander of Northern Territory Force at some stage during WW2.
