Back to "G" for George Page81 OTU Again!
John left 460 Squadron on 5 November 1943 and returned to the 81 OTU Unit at Whitchurch on 11 November to do some "Stooge" piloting. This involved taking trainee gunners aloft for gunnery training. He then went to 30 OTU at Hixon on 23 January 1944.
