CRASH OF AN A-20 HAVOC

POSSIBLY NEAR INNISFAIL

USAAF A-20G Havoc bomber, #42-86748 (or #42-06748), disappeared on a flight between Rockhampton and Cairns on 17 April 1945.  Last radio contact with the Havoc was near Innisfail (17 33' S, 146 01' E).
